General Refund Policy:

  • No Refunds for General Consulting Services: Due to the bespoke nature of our consulting services, which often involve customized solutions, in-depth research, and personalized advice, refunds for general consulting services are generally not provided.

  • Exceptions: We may consider a partial or full refund in exceptional circumstances, such as:

    • Significant Breach of Contract: If Anjali Bansal & Associates fails to fulfill its obligations as outlined in the signed agreement.

    • Termination Due to Force Majeure: If the engagement is terminated due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of both parties (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).

    • Misrepresentation of Services: If the services provided significantly differ from the agreed-upon scope of work as outlined in the contract.

Refund Request Procedure:

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to Anjali Bansal & Associates at anjalibansalcs@gmail.com within 10 days of the termination of services.

  • The request must clearly state the reason for the refund and include supporting documentation (if applicable).

  • Anjali Bansal & Associates will review the request and respond within 7 to 10 business days.
